We would like to say a HUGE THANK YOU, to all the staff for their contribution in making our son’s wedding, the lovely occasion it was. Keith and the team did a brilliant job on Sunday , but as with all great events, there has to be many unseen staff, doing the cleaning and cooking etc which all made for a thoroughly enjoyable day.

Hi there

I’d would like to say thank you to all the staff who made our party on Saturday 21st a great evening.  The presentation of the table and dinner was excellent and the staff were marvellous.  

As a family we have been using the hotel for over 40 years now and have seen it go through many changes, when we were greeted at the door and shown to an area of the bar that could accommodate all of us for pre-dinner drinks that did take us back in time!

Please pass on our thanks to our staff and we will no doubt see you again on our return to England.

I am writing to thank you for the lovely time we had last Saturday lunchtime. We had a family lunch for fifteen on the occasion of my mother’s 80th birthday. The staff, led by Keith, were very attentive and the food was excellent. Carl was particulary kind to my mother. As we have booked our daughter’s wedding reception in August 2011 our family guests were very interested in seeing the hotel. Now we can’t wait to come back!

My sincere apologies for not writing sooner to exppress my sincere thanks to you and your team for looking after the SARC Managers so well from the 6th -8th January 2010. As we discussed the SARC Managers get together probably only once a year, due to work commitments and travel issues, of which we had plenty given the inclement weather we experienced at the beginning of January 2010.

Because of the work that we do it is really important for us to find somewhere where we all feel comfortable and can relax whilst addressing some of the difficult issues which present to us during the course of our work. Rowton Hall provided the right enviroment in which we were able to do just that. All that was possible due to the exceptional service we received from you and your team in stunnings grounds. They ensured that we were well cared for and nothing was too much trouble.

Rowton Hall was, as you know recommended to me and from the minute I made the booking I was extremely impressed by the service we receieved. On arrival at the hotel all my colleagues commented on how welcome they felt and enjoyed every last minute of the stay. The experience was further enhanced for some by the use of the spa, once again where the team were only too eager to ensure that we had a relaxing experience.

I would be greatful if you could pass on our heartfelt thanks to all of the team at Rowton Hall and thank you personally for taking an interest in what we do and ensuring that our away day(s) were to rememeber. The members unable to make it due to the weather have been fully briefed and we will be back.

I am writing to thank you and your staff for all of your help with my birthday party last week. We chose Rowton after a wonderful evening in your restaurant in August, when both the food and service were exceptional. I am very pleased to say that this standard was maintained for my party in October, with many of my guests echoing my thoughts.

I would like to thank you personally for recommending the room change and also for yours and Carl’s time on the Tuesday night to walk through the whole evening for us. Thank you also for the effort you made with the final room layout and flowers on the tables, which were a lovely touch.

In terms of the evening itself, I am indebted to Keith, who really made the evening and treated me like a princess. I thought I was receiving special treatment because it was my party, but apparently my guests were made to feel special-thank you very much Keith. All of the other staff also gave a very friendly and professional service and I would like to thank them all as well as your fantastic chefs, who made the evening so enjoyable and memorable for me. These guys set your hotel apart from others in Chester and keep us wanting to come back to Rowton.

I would appreciate it if you could pass on my thanks to all of your staff who contributed to the evening and made it so special for me.

My daughter’s wedding day at your hotel was more than she or I ever expected. Carl the wedding coordinator was just great. He was well organised, caring and very supportive to my daughter prior to the ceremony and throughout the wedding day.

The hotel facilities, the function rooms and bedrooms are charming and the decor is wonderful.

The wedding breakfast and evening buffet was of the highest standard together with excellent service from your staff.

Everything from our first contact with yourselves to the moment we left was of the highest standard. We thought that you and you colleagues handled all the arrangements prior to the event most professionally and efficiently and hence requiring the minimum of fuss.

Everything on the day was just fab. We didn’t have to think about anything because you had already thought about it way ahead of us.

So this brings us to Eric…What an absolutely excellent toast master come event manager. Not only did he have every last thought and consideration in mind but also was flexible and willing to manage every eventuality both seen and unseen to ensure all went well. The atmosphere he created was just superb and many of our guests have passed comment.

Please pass on our appreciation and warmest thanks to yourselves, the rest of the team involved on the day and especially Eric for making our day go so well. We will have no hesitation in recommending Rowton hall and more to the point we’ll be back!
