Rowton Hall Health Club is an exclusive member’s only club, providing a welcoming environment where members can relax and persue good health.

With its contemporary health club lounge, heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, gymnasium and Beauty Spa, Rowton Hall Health Club offers the best in relaxation and well being.

Our 12-meter indoor pool is the main focus of the Health Club. Here waters are warmed to a constant and relaxing temperature where members can pursue good health by combining relaxation with exercise. The sauna room and steam room provide a perfect way to finish your work out or end a stressful day.

Please note that children under the age of six are not permitted to use the swimming pool.

The air conditioned gym offers top of the range Life Fitness cardio machines, with fully qualified fitness instructors on hand to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Our flood lit tennis courts are situated in the picturesque award winning gardens and are available at no extra cost to all health club members and hotel residents.
