Swimming Pool

Our superb 12 metre indoor pool is the main focus of the Chester based Health Club. Here waters are warmed to a constant and relaxing temperature where members may pursue good health by combining relaxation with exercise. Children under 6 years are not permitted to use the swimming pool.

Jacuzzi

The ultimate in relaxation, the benefits of spa bathing are now widely recognised as helping to relieve muscular aches, pains and stress and so promote a feeling of well being.

Sauna and Steam Room

Sauna and steam bathing stimulates blood circulation and relaxes the muscles. The temperature in the sauna cabin is very hot, but the dry air ensures that the atmosphere.

Tennis

Our two asphalt, floodlit tennis courts are set in the peaceful grounds of the Hotel and are available for use by membership or by an additional court fee.

Exercise Studio

Our exercise studio houses a superb, modern fitness studio and aerobics studio giving you the opportunity to improve your own levels of personal fitness from a wide range of exercises in either a group or individual situation. Exercise classes are the ideal way to enjoy the benefits of improved fitness the social way. We hold an excellent variety of classes for all levels of fitness and all interests enabling you to enhance your weekly exercise programme.

Fitness Assessments, works out consultations and on going advice are always available from our team of fully qualified instructors. Our aim is to see you motivated and achieve your own personal fitness goals with our help and monitoring. Personal Training is highly recommended for those wishing to achieve specific goals with that extra motivation from your own personal tutor.
