Welcome to Rowton Hall Health Club, situated just outside the heart of Chester, set within an elegant Georgian Manor Country House Hotel. Open to guests and members the health club offers everything you need for a healthy lifestyle.
The club boasts a 12m indoor, heated swimming pool and whirlpool, fully equipped gymnasium, sauna, steam room and two flood lit tennis courts.
With a warm and friendly atmosphere there really is no better place to relax, unwind and pursue good health.

As a member of the Health Club you will also receive fantastic benefits courtesy of the hotel. 2-for-1 dining in the Langdale Restaurant located in the hotel. This superb offer runs from Sunday to Thursday evenings, with a choice from the daily table d’hote menu (not valid in December).
Members also enjoy a 10% discount to use in The Spa, which offers a wide range of treatments including massages, facials, manicures and pedicures.
Please note, children under 6 are not allowed in the swimming pool.
Swimming Pool
Our 12 meter pool is the main focus of the Health Club with an adjoining heated whirlpool for the ultimate in relaxation. Here waters are warmed to a constant and relaxing temperature where you can combine relaxation with exercise.
The sauna and steam room provide the perfect way for you to finish your work out and soothe those aching muscles, or just help end a stressful day.
Gymnasium
The air conditioned gym offers top of the range Life Fitness cardio machines, resistance machines and free weights enabling you to have a total workout. With fully qualified instructors on hand we can offer a personalised exercise program to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
Tennis Courts
Our two flood lit asphalt tennis courts are situated in the picturesque award winning gardens of the Hotel and are available at no extra cost to all health club members. Booking is advised during the summer season. (email link to health club to book)
Health Club Lounge / Terrace patio
The contemporary health club lounge and beautiful terrace patio, which over looks the gardens, offers the perfect place to relax and un-wind. The clubs bar menu offers you the opportunity to meet with friends to enjoy a healthy snack after your workout, or enjoy a freshly ground coffee whilst surfing the web with our complimentary Wi-Fi connection.
